What should we do when we dipped the solder? That is, some of the pads are temporarily not plugged in, and should be manually soldered in the future. What should we do?
Solutions:
1.Stick the soldering glue.
2.Sticky textured paper.
3.Stick high temperature tape.
4.The tooth hole of the toothpick is designed to avoid the tin hole.
5.You can try the C-type pad, the pad has a notch, specially designed for the post-welding station. When the wave soldering is over, there is no need to stick the adhesive tape or block, and the solder will not block the pad.
6.If the amount is very large, you can use the jig, one-time investment to save the manual tape.
