To further improve its customer service, Bliss held a training seminar for all of its 15 rep organizations that comprise its “Dream Team.” Bliss’ Dream Team represents the #1 sales representative organizations in every territory of the United States.
The purpose of the meeting was to give the sales representatives one-on-one time with Bliss Industries’ products as well as a better understanding of the various uses and options for their customers. The meeting also provided the representatives with valuable insight as to what customers need and how Bliss products can be adjusted to meet any needs.
“The meeting was a success and everyone had a fantastic time. Our Engineering department already is working on changes to three products and some new exciting additions to our product lines,” said Shana Bliss, VP of Sales & Marketing.
