Don’t Miss Kyzen’s Award-Winning Cleaning Solutions at the 2010 IPC Conference in Budapest

Sep 07, 2010

NASHVILLE, TN - Kyzen, a world leading provider of environmentally responsible precision cleaning products for electronics and high-technology manufacturing operations, will showcase its award-winning cleaning solutions at the IPC Electronics Assembly Quality & Reliability Conference, scheduled to take place October 6-7, 2010 in Budapest, Hungary.

AQUANOX® A4703 is an aqueous cleaning solution designed with a pH neutral formulation. The solution is combined with Kyzen's revolutionary inhibition technology to provide superior material compatibility. Additionally, A4703 is effective at concentrations as low as three percent, while being environmentally friendly and providing the lowest cost of ownership.

This chemistry was developed for use in spray batch and spray in-line cleaning systems to remove OA, no-clean, and RMA pastes and fluxes, including difficult Pb-free residues. AQUANOX® A4703 is easily controlled by refractive index, manually or when using an automated process control system such as the Kyzen PCS.

AQUANOX® A4241 designed with a revolutionary inhibition technology to be effective on the toughest soils while protecting even the most sensitive parts from etch or darkening. Kyzen introduces a product that can be used in spray batch, spray in-line and stencil cleaning processes. A4241 will provide brilliant solder joints with no sump side additives and consistent cleaning results with minimal bath monitoring.

Both AQUANOX® A4703 and A4241 are non-flammable, non-corrosive liquids, and have proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes. Both are non-hazardous, biodegradable aqueous solutions that contain no CFCs or HAPs.

CYBERSOLV®141-R is designed for optimum effectiveness on a wide variety of soils typically found in electronics assembly and maintenance cleaning applications including flux, paste, inks, uncured adhesives, waxes, mill markings, greases, oils, fingerprints, etc. It is the most effective bench top cleaner on the market, capable of cleaning all types of solder paste and many SMT adhesives. Better cleaning means better quality, due to lower residues and fewer failures.

CYBERSOLV®141-R can be used as a replacement for HFC 141B precision cleaning applications, and is safe and effective to use for bench top electronics cleaning. 141-R has proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes. A biodegradable non-flammable non-corrosive aqueous solution, CYBERSOLV®141-R contains no CFCs or HAPs.

Kyzen®, AQUANOX® and CYBERSOLV® are registered trademarks in the United States and other countries.

Kyzen is a leading supplier of precision cleaning chemistries to the worldwide electronics, metal finishing, medical, semiconductor, and optical industries.
