While a fourth quarter increase is common in our specific business, the rise was greater than previous periods of seasonal increase. We also witnessed increased spread across multiple regions including North America, Europe, and Asia. Most importantly, January and February production schedules are unseasonably busy, indicating that a recovery is underway.”
