Juki Americas Announces Close-out Sale on Select Machines

Jul 12, 2009

MORRISVILLE, NC - July 2009 - Juki Corporation, a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and systems, is pleased to announce outstanding sales incentives on all its remaining KE-2050, KE-2060, and FX-1 machines in stock. The incentives include attractive pricing discounts, cash credit for early payment, and leasing assistance to include 0% interest leases on certain models.

The machines are packaged with all necessary software, feeders, and machine accessories to have users up and running with high-speed and high-quality production immediately.

The KE-2050R High-Speed Chip Shooter features a multi-nozzle laser alignment system, which uses a high-resolution laser developed exclusively for Juki assembly systems. This unique technology simultaneously measures four different components in width, length and height.

The FX-1R High-Speed Chip Shooter is equipped with a double head system driven by two independent linear motors that create both high-speed and precise positional accuracy. Both quadruple heads have a multi-nozzle alignment system using a high-resolution laser, developed exclusively for Juki assembly systems. This unique technology simultaneously measures four different components in width, length and height.

Juki’s KE-2060R High-Speed Fine Pitch Assembler features an extensive and extremely versatile lighting system (FlexLighting). The system uses three different illumination angles and colors. Optimum illumination is stored in the software database for all standard components. The operator can quickly adapt all parameters for new and special component types. Using the optional multi-nozzle vision centering (MNVC), fine-pitch components up to 20 x 20 mm can be measured and centered on the quadruple placement head. This almost doubles the placement rate for small fine-pitch components.

All Juki placement machines come standard with a three-year full parts warranty in the Americas and Europe. Pricing includes installation, training, no charge for attendance at any scheduled training courses at Juki facilities, free machine software upgrades for the life of the equipment, and free 24-hour phone support.

Prices are subject to availability so call today for the best deals possible. For more information or to view Juki’s complete product line, visit

Juki Corporation’s experience as the market leader in industrial sewing machines was the stepping-stone for the entry into the printed circuit board assembly market in 1987. Since then, Juki has delivered more than 21,000 automated assembly systems worldwide and is currently shipping an average of 200 assembly machines per month. This extraordinary achievement makes Juki one of the world’s leading providers of automated assembly products and systems. In addition to its core technologies, Juki’s Electronic Assembly and Test Systems Division develops and manufactures advanced electronic systems and computer software for data entry, mail processing and other electronic equipment.

With the purchase of Zevatech’s assets in November 1999, Juki Automation Systems now brings Juki’s reputation for top quality and reliable service also to the North and South American and the European electronics assembly markets. Juki recognizes the challenges of the new century and is prepared to respond to the globalization of electronic manufacturing. With a sophisticated knowledge base, advanced technologies and a high commitment to its customers, Juki is poised for continued growth in the 21st century.
