As well as supporting DDE-EDA's existing products for their installed base, Mentor Graphics' Systems Design Division will integrate this technology into the Board Station� and ExpeditionTM solutions to provide Mentor's worldwide customers with advanced packaging capabilities. Engineering of this technology will remain in Denmark. Sales and support of the technology will be through Mentor Graphics' worldwide direct sales channel and Customer Support organizations.
