Lectronix Inc. receives ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO9001: 2000 certifications

Lectronix Inc., headquartered in Lansing MI, has successfully completed the requirements to become certified to both ISO/TS 16949:2002, and ISO9001:2000. �This is a tremendous accomplishment for Lectronix� stated Robert Sinke, Director of Quality for Lectronix; �the number of companies currently certified to the latest TS standard in the United States is less than 50. ISO/TS 16949:2002 is the latest release of the International Automotive Quality System Standard ISO/TS 16949, which aligns existing US (QS-9000), German (VDA-6), French (EAQF-94) and Italian (AVSQ 94) automotive quality system standards within the global automotive industry. In addition, the 2002 edition of ISO/TS16949 integrates all of the requirements of the latest version of the ISO 9000 standard (ISO 9001:2000).
