NEW INCENTIVES HELP GIVEMEPOWER DEVELOPERS DELIVER LEADING-EDGE CAD SOLUTIONS FOR WINDOWS AND WINDOWS CE MOBILE/WIRELESS APPLICATIONS

Sep 18, 2002

NEW YORK, New York - In a move to further accelerate its growing Power Developer Network (PDN), GiveMePower Corporation (OTCBB:GMPW), a rapidly emerging provider of desktop, mobile and wireless computer-aided design (CAD) software and a Microsoft Mobile Solutions Partner, today announced an aggressive marketing promotion offering its development partners a 50% initial order discount on selected developer programs.

The PDN is an annual subscription program whereby commercial, corporate, or government software developers can inexpensively license GiveMePower's AutoCAD-compatible development systems to create industry-specific solutions for business. Utilizing GiveMePower's unique "Code Once" software development environment, PDN members can deploy applications across both Windows desktop and Windows CE mobile/wireless computers at the same time using the same programming code, a first in the industry.

Hundreds of developers worldwide currently use GiveMePower's CAD technology to create cost-effective 2 and 3D graphics solutions for architectural and engineering design, manufacturing, mapping and GIS, and construction. Prime examples include: StakeIt by Nikon Inc., an automated construction staking system for surveyors and contractors; RiverCAD by Boss International Inc., a river modeling system used by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and PWStudio, by Pattern Works International, an automated garment design system used by leading fashion design schools throughout the United States. Testimonials from these and other GiveMePower clients are available at http://www.givemepower.com/testimonials.html.

"These new incentives allow developers of all sizes to join the PDN at a higher level, and lets them expand the use of our CAD technologies into a broader range of industries at a lower price point," said Bill Walton, President and CEO of GiveMePower. "As stated by several of our PDN partners, our solutions are the best value available in the marketplace and the only full-featured CAD development platform that allows creation of AutoCAD-compatible applications for the rapidly growing world of Windows CE mobile/wireless computing."

Details on GiveMePower developer programs are available at http://www.givemepower.com/developers.html. Other GiveMePower products are available for free trial from the company's website at http://www.givemepower.com.
