Gentner Signs OEM License and Design Agreement With Biamp Systems

Gentner Communications, a division of ClearOne Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: CLRO - news), has signed an original equipment manufacturing agreement licensing its echo and noise cancellation technologies to Biamp Systems (Portland, Ore.), a provider of professional audio electronics.

Using the echo and noise cancellation technologies, Gentner and Biamp will jointly design a multi-channel card for integration into Biamp's Audia(TM) line of digital audio processing and networking systems. The Gentner technology will expand the scope of potential applications for the Audia product line to include audio conferencing capabilities.
