Gen3 Systems announces product line up for Southern Manufacturing 2022

Gen3 Systems Limited, a specialist British manufacturer and distributor, is pleased to announce that it will exhibit on stand L160 at Southern Manufacturing, scheduled to take place February 8th – 10th at FIVE in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Introducing the new and improved, 6 Sigma verified CM+ Series – the industry-leading, award-winning and worlds first combined ROSE and PICT Ionic Contamination Tester.  Gen3 will be showcasing their CM11+ from this series, the CM11+ is a benchtop system, it is the world’s smallest and most convenient contamination tester on the market.  

The Global Award Winning Gensonic, Stencil Cleaning, system will be displayed with a 24" stencil frame. The system uses a 40kHz on-contact ultrasonic transducer for high efficiency cleaning of stencil apertures.  The Gensonic can be used either in conjunction with Gen3 stencil cleaning centres or is portable enough to be taken directly to the printer.

Also on display, the AutoSIR2+ surface insulation resistance testing system.  The new AutoSIR2+™ system represents a dramatic improvement over existing SIR test alternatives, and its shielded precision electronics allows state-of-the-art accuracy resistance measurements to be made up to 1014Ω.  One AutoSIR2+ chassis can hold between 1 to 16 measurement cards and can monitor up to 256 x 2-point test patterns or 78 x 5-point test patterns, or 32 x 9-point test patterns at selectable intervals from minutes to days. Each channel is current limited (1 M Ω), which encourages growth of dendrites for failure analysis.

Alongside Gen3 their Principle, MEK, will be exhibiting their VeriSpector.  The MEK VeriSpector is an assembly station AOI for use on manual and semi-automated SMD and THT assembly stations.  With extremely short inspection times ( < 5 sec ) the VeriSpector AOI system allows manufacturers to perform real time assembly and placement inspection, carry out repairs on the fly and prevent defects before they move into the next process.  In manual assembly, there is a much-increased risk of faults.  

In addition to the above, Gen3 also manufactures conformal coating process equipment – bench-top and in-line systems, and SIR, CAF and solderability testing systems. They also offer a range of test services.   The company distributes products for Finetech, Vision Engineering, Hirox, Nordson SELECT, Vacunest, Stoelting and MBTech.
