Precision PCB Services, Inc. adds Side View Camera to their BGA Rework Stations

Precision PCB Services, Inc. the North American Distributor of Shuttle Star BGA Rework Stations is happy to announce that all of our Split Vision BGA Rework Stations are now available with a side view camera upgrade option.

The side view camera will allow you to see on the video monitor exactly when the solder balls reflow.  Making it ieasier to set up your profiles as you can visually confirm the temperature that the solder balls become fully liquidus.
