Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, is pleased to announce the one-year anniversary of the acquisition of ACD, based in Richardson, TX. With the new Dallas facility, Libra Industries has seen increased revenues and captured a greater share of the electronics contracting market over the past year.
