The MPM Momentum family of printers by Speedline, including the Momentum series and new platform Momentum Compact, offer enhanced wet print accuracy for high precision and superior performance in meeting today’s emerging electronics assembly challenges.
The popular MPM Momentum family of printers, Momentum Dual Lane, Elite, Hi-E, and Plus, now boast 20 micron accuracy, it is announced. The tighter tolerance for the popular Momentum series has been achieved following close collaboration between MPM Design and Manufacturing engineers, as well as software improvements. Wet Print accuracy is now 20µm@6ó, Cpk ≥ 2, with 6ó Capability designed in and independently verified. MPM Momentum printers are fast, precise, and highly reliable, with performance unmatched by any other printer in its class.
The recently-introduced MPM Momentum Compact printer delivers best-in-class performance and cutting-edge printing in an unexpectedly small package. Momentum Compact delivers a wet print accuracy of 18µm @ 6ó, Cpk>2 for superb fine feature printing performance, and can be configured for space-saving Back-to-Back processing. The MPM Momentum Compact delivers the highest throughput for its footprint in the industry, and can be equipped with the MPM EnclosedFlow™ enclosed media print head, which delivers superior volume/yield on fine pitch pads.
