ACD, a leading supplier to the electronics industry, introduces four new project managers in its Customer Service Department:

Rickey Free – ATE team
Daniel McMaster – Mainstream team
Renee Hicks – Military/Medical team
Randi Hines-Wilson – Mainstream team

The role of the project managers will be to lead their specialized team in a way that makes them most effective, efficient and essentially experts in regard to the details, knowledge and information needed to process the jobs and quotes for their respective teams. The new project managers will ensure that ACD’s Customer Service Department is doing its best to meet customer expectations relating to pricing, scheduling and quality.

We are so excited to have these four individuals in this role and expect nothing but great things from them. They have proven to always rise to the occasion and accept nothing less than excellence,” commented W. Scott Fillebrown, President & CEO.
