STI Electronics, Inc. & Hakko to Host Series of CIT Certification Courses in Valencia, CA

 STI Electronics, Inc., a full service organization providing training services, electronic and industrial distribution, analytical and failure analysis, prototyping, and small- to medium-volume PCB assembly, in collaboration with Hakko, announces the dates for its Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) Certification Courses to be held at Hakko’s facility in Valencia, CA.

To accommodate our customers on the West Coast, STI and Hakko are working together to bring superior IPC certification courses to our customers. STI is second to none in regards to quality training and overall involvement in creating the specifications and requirements as well as develop the training curriculum,” commented Diana Bradford, VP Operations/Training Resources.

STI is a total solutions partner when it comes to training resources. The company offers both training services and materials to better serve companies. STI’s technical and instructional staff is unsurpassed in knowledge and experience in the world of electronics assembly/solder training and specification requirements. The courses planned to date are as follows:

J-STD-001E:“Requirement for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies”
Date: September 10-14, 2012

IPC-A-610:Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies”
Date: October 15-18, 2012

IPC-7711/7721: “Rework, Modification and Repair of Electronic Assemblies”
Date: November 12-16, 2012
