BPM Microsystems Lowers Prices for 8th Generation and Flashstream Socket Solutions

Apr 25, 2012

BPM Microsystems announces that it has reduced pricing for its popular 8th Generation and Flashstream socket solutions supporting NAND, NOR, Serial and EPROM flash memory.

With the acquisition of new SMT equipment last year that brought production back in-house, BPM Microsystems was able to streamline its manufacturing process and improve quality and costs considerably.

By implementing these improvements in manufacturing organization, we have increased efficiency, which has enabled us to pass cost savings on to our customers,” said Vice President of Operations Jon Bondurant.

Last month, the company announced the price reduction of its manual programmer product line. Programmers with reduced pricing include the company’s 6th and 7th Generation classic product lines – 1610, 1710, 2610 and 2710 – and the latest 8th Generation and Flashstream product lines – 2800 and 2800F-MK2.

By reducing the overall cost of ownership for its programming solutions, the company is able to extend a competitive edge to its customers who can now achieve some of the lowest programming costs per device in the industry.

Pricing for the manual programmers can be viewed on the company’s Web site. For pricing on the company’s flash memory socket solutions, contact sales at inside_sales@bpmmicro.com.
