Semplice Research, the research arm of Semplice Industry Marketing, is conducting a survey on the use of social media in 2011/2012 by manufacturers and industrial suppliers. Companies are encouraged to take the survey even if they did not use social media in 2011 and/or have no plans to use it in 2012. The aim of the study is to build an accurate picture on how and where--and if--B2B and industrial companies are using social media for marketing, customer relations and customer support purposes.
Each respondent who completes the ten-minute survey will receive, free, a copy of the complete “2011/2012 Social Media in Industry” report, to be published in March 2012. This report will provide insight into the use, successes and short-comings of social media for industrial companies.
