QCG Achieves AS9100 Rev C Certification - Open House with Speakers 10/17

Oct 06, 2014

RICHARDSON, TX (October 3rd, 2014) – QCG, Inc announced today that’s its electronics design and manufacturing facility in Richardson, Texas has achieved AS9100 Rev C certification. AS9100 is the quality standard for companies that design, develop and manufacture products for the aerospace industry. QCG’s dual certification meets all of the requirements for both ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 Rev C.
“This is a great achievement for QCG to accomplish in such a short period of time.” said David Nabasny, President. “All of our customers, no matter their industry, will reap the benefits of AS9100C because of its rigorous process standards.”
AS9100C is the next evolution of a company’s QMS (Quality Management System). The certification expands on existing ISO 9001:2008 standards by focusing on specific areas of product safety and reliability for the aerospace industry. The QMS requires effective process control and continual improvement as well as product monitoring and validation to both industry and customer standards.
