IMAPS' Comprehensive Industry Guide Available Online

Mar 19, 2001

The IMAPS Industry Guide, a comprehensive listing of products and services for over 600 organizations, is now available electronically and free of charge at http://www.imaps.org/indguide. The Guide provides a valuable resource and searchable database of not only IMAPS member companies but non-member companies as well. It is anticipated that by 2002 the Guide will feature over 1200 companies. All companies or organizations involved in microelectronics and packaging are invited to participate and be listed in the Guide. Now, anyone in the industry with access to the Internet can instantly have access to the most inclusive "who's who" in the industry, because the IMAPS Industry Guide is the most comprehensive listing of microelectronics and packaging companies available.

From the Industry Guide's homepage, all users can perform a variety of searches to quickly locate the information they need. Our search tools are extremely powerful, allowing complete searches on all products and services ("Search By Products and Services"). Users also have the ability to type a company name to retrieve organizational information ("Locate An Organization"). Additional tools and access are available to IMAPS members, such as a search tool for individual members.

IMAPS' Industry Guide and Member Database opens the door for participants to keep track of the rapidly-changing microelectronics industry with access to a network of players that has been previously unavailable or too difficult to contact. To take advantage of the vast electronic "yellow pages" that IMAPS now offers, visit http://www.imaps.org/indguide. To learn more and/or become an IMAPS member, please contact Ann Bell at 202-548-8717 or abell@imaps.org; For technical inquiries, please contact Brian Schieman, Tel.(202)-548-8715, bschieman@imaps.org.
