CyberOptics® Corporation will showcase its SQ3000™ Multi-Function for AOI, SPI and CMM in Hall A2, Booth 439 at productronica, scheduled to take place Nov. 12-15, 2019 at the Neue Messe München in Munich, Germany. The company also will participate in the 3D AOI arena hosted by EPP.
The 3D SQ3000 all-in-one system can identify critical defects and measure critical parameters, providing a superior process control solution for effective yield management.
