Anadigm Appoints Marty Levy

Jan 29, 2004

CAMPBELL, Calif. January 29, 2004 Anadigm, the programmable analog company, today announced the appointment of Marty Levy as Worldwide Vice President of Sales. Levy brings more than 20 years in the semiconductor industry and 10 years in senior management positions to his new role at Anadigm, where he will be responsible for the companys sales organization, infrastructure, strategy, and channels.

Marty joins us as Anadigm is entering the next critical stage of its growth, said Anadigm President and CEO Bill McLean. He will lead our sales efforts in bringing to production the more than 150 customers who are designing with our Field Programmable Analog Arrays, while continuing to expand our customer base. Martys background is a strong complement to our team, and we expect his appointment to contribute significantly to the companys forward momentum.

Over the past 10 years, Levy has served as Vice President of Sales at Micro Linear Corporation, Future/FAI Electronics, and most recently at Imedia Semiconductor. During his four years at Micro Linear, he helped to grow the companys sales and prepare it for a successful IPO. Prior to Micro Linear, Levy held regional management positions at Lattice Semiconductor, Weitek, and NEC Electronics. He earned his B.A. in communications at Brooklyn College, CUNY, and his M.B.A. from University of Phoenix.

Customers are facing intense market pressures to develop and bring to market innovative new products, quickly, Levy said. FPAA products from Anadigm substantially improve the efficient development of analog circuitry and new product capabilities. I am pleased to be joining Anadigm with the mission of delivering this valuable solution to customers and assisting them in meeting their product and business objectives.

Levy will be based at Anadigm headquarters in Campbell, Calif., reporting to McLean.
