Aqueous Technologies Corp. announces that it will exhibit its award-winning Trident Series Automatic Defluxing System in distributor Shanghai Jamron Electronic Engineering Co. booth #2G32 at the upcoming NEPCON China 2011, scheduled to take place May 11-13, 2011 in Shanghai, China.

Aqueous Technologies' Trident Series is the latest in automatic defluxing and cleanliness testing technology. Trident is completely automatic, providing wash, rinse, cleanliness testing, drying, and SPC processes at the touch of a single button.  Simply program your desired cleanliness level and Trident's built-in Windows based PC control system does the rest.

Trident's design includes several exclusive features including the award winning Focus-Wash oscillating board rack technology that ensures complete spray coverage and virtually eliminates shadowing. Trident's stainless steel plumbing systems ensure a wide range of chemical and temperature compatibility. Trident's large 16" touchscreen interface provides intuitive operational and programming setup.

Trident is capable of removing all flux and solder paste residues including all lead and lead-free residues. The unique combination of cleaning and drying power makes Trident the most powerful defluxing and cleanliness testing system on the market today.

Trident's built-in Statistical Process Control (SPC) data logging capabilities automatically capture and record process variables including set and actual cleanliness values.  Available remote SPC viewing allows a user to view SPC data from any network-connected computer.

Aqueous Technologies manufactures the industry's most advanced defluxing equipment. With more than three thousand three hundred machines sold across six continents, Aqueous Technologies' products are truly world-class. To learn more about Trident Series Automatic Defluxing System, stop by booth # #2G32 at NEPCON China 2011.
