IC-BGA1 Prism Tip Gets Great Outer Perimeter Views

Twain Harte, CA: The tiny prism tip of the IC-BGA1 inspection camera enables viewing access to areas conventional microscopes can't reach. Outer perimeter BGA inspection can be accomplished with minimal board handling, cutting down on time and costly X-Ray procedures.

The self-illuminated, hand-held IC-BGA1 is lightweight and easy on the budget. As with all of Sonora Manufacturing's video inspection cameras, it can be used in conjunction with optional PC interface/measurement software. The video output can be captured to PC and inserted into presentations, training manuals/videos, product documentation or emailed/uplinked online. Measurement data may be DDE linked to spreadsheets.
