Circuit Technology Inc. Completes IPC Training for EMC Corporation

HOLLY SPRINGS, NC — December 2009 — Circuit Technology Inc., an IPC master training organization, announces that it recently completed IPC training for EMC Corporation, the global leader in data storage and information infrastructure.

All associates at EMC’s Apex, NC plant that interface with printed circuit boards in any way have been trained in either IPC-610 “workmanship standards and inspection criterion” and/or IPC-7711/7721 “rework and repair of PCBs”.

In total, 48 IPC certifications were earned at EMC Corporation’s facility. This certainly demonstrates EMC’s continued commitment to quality. Of particular importance to EMC was Circuit Technology’s flexibility in scheduling classes in their state-of-the-art training center in Holly Springs, NC, as well as on site at the company’s Apex facility.
