SEHO’s training concept, designed to provide employees with required qualifications, delivers optimal performance in practice. Customers can select one or several training blocks from the existing courses to best suit their individual needs.
The seminars are subdivided into three categories: REFLOW, SELECTIVE and WAVE. Each category offers both basic training courses on maintenance of soldering systems as well as optimization of processes and workflow.
Ideal mix of theory and practice
The efficiency of SEHO’s training courses is based on a simple principle: to provide theory and practice in a balanced proportion. The main goal of the SEHO Academy is to advise customers professionally. The training courses can take place either at the customer’s site or at SEHO in Kreuzwertheim, Germany.
The training courses at SEHO’s headquarters provide attendees with the modern seminar and demonstration facilities as well as the various soldering machines that are available for the practical part of the training courses. Also, attendees are welcome to bring their “problem assemblies” in order to discuss possible solutions with SEHO’s process specialists during the seminar.
Dynamic training strategy
Based on direct feedback from the attendees as well as a questionnaire for assessment of the training courses, the SEHO Academy continuously improves the contents of its seminars. Additionally, the instructors are regularly trained in both expert knowledge and solid teaching skills. This results in new training blocks, such as refreshment and update courses, as well as two-day training sessions during which attendees are coached onsite with the customers’ machines.
The SEHO Academy also plans to provide training for other target groups, e.g. line executives. Moreover, alternative concepts for knowledge transfer with new communication media are in preparation.
