SEHO Systems Introduces the SEHO Academy to Provide Efficient Training, Higher Knowledge, Added Value and Reduced Costs

KREUZWERTHEIM, GERMANY ― SEHO Systems GmbH introduces the SEHO Academy, which provides an innovative, flexible training concept. By investing in the professional development of its staff, every company can achieve added value and reduce its production costs sustainably. Also, attendees are welcome to bring their “problem assemblies” in order to discuss possible solutions with SEHO’s process specialists during the seminar.

Dynamic training strategy

Based on direct feedback from the attendees as well as a questionnaire for assessment of the training courses, the SEHO Academy continuously improves the contents of its seminars. Additionally, the instructors are regularly trained in both expert knowledge and solid teaching skills. This results in new training blocks, such as refreshment and update courses, as well as two-day training sessions during which attendees are coached onsite with the customers’ machines.

The SEHO Academy also plans to provide training for other target groups, e.g. line executives. Moreover, alternative concepts for knowledge transfer with new communication media are in preparation.
