Inovar, Inc., a full-service EMS provider, is proud to announce that Chuck Delph has joined the Board of Directors for Inovar. Chuck is currently the President of Vallen, an Industrial and MRO distributor based in Charlotte, NC.
Chuck joined the Vallen team in April 2018. Prior to that, he served in the electronics industry for 30 years, and before joining Vallen he was the President of Avnet in the America’s Region.
“During his time with Avnet, Chuck maintained a 15-year strategic relationship with Inovar and its executives. This gives him a deep understanding of Inovar’s unique and powerful value proposition and how it aligns with the demanding needs of the OEM customer. His industry expertise and C-Level connections will facilitate Inovar’s navigation of today’s challenging supply chain environment,” said Blake Kirby, Inovar Chairman.
Chuck’s experience both in executive leadership, strategic planning, and experience across multiple industries and customers will help support Inovar on its journey for customer excellence and profitable growth.
As Inovar’s newest board member, Delph’s primary objective will be to help the company grow in footprint, capabilities and service innovation.
