Scienscope International will introduce the new Xspection 3000 X-ray inspection system at the 2023 IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place Jan. 24-26, 2023 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. Additionally, Scienscope sales manager, Danny Lumbreras will showcase the IMS-200 for the first time along with two Smart Storage Racks, the new Incoming Material System (IMS-100T) with a top and handheld scanner, and AXC-800 III Component Counter in Booth #2107.

The IMS-200 is a fully-automated system that comes complete and ready to start automation. The automatic conveyor makes it easy for the user to place the reels, and the loading begins automatically. Once completed, the unique label ID is printed and placed automatically.
Scienscope’s Smart Storage Rack automatically detects when each reel is placed and removed. Multi-color LEDs make simultaneous multi-kitting possible. The AXC-800 III is capable of counting down to 01005 with an accuracy of 99.9 percent in less than two seconds per reel. The patented Scienscope optical barcode scanner deciphers the barcodes simultaneously.
