Feb 25, 2001 Kermit Aguayo, a leading industry consultant with considerable experience in Ball Grid Arrays, SMT and TH processes, as well as root cause failure analysis, has joined Process Sciences, Inc. as Senior Consultant. In his new affiliation with the company, Mr. Aguayo will bring the benefit of his experience to assisting Process Sciences' customers with process and electronics manufacturing issues.
In making the announcement, Tom Prudhomme, President of PSI, stated "We are pleased to welcome Kermit Aguayo to our team. Kermit brings to us over 30 years of process engineering experience, and his presence here represents a real expansion of Process Sciences' engineering consulting resources."
Mr. Aguayo has held senior level process engineering positions at several companies and has been active in many industry organizations over the years. He is now available to provide consulting services for companies struggling with key manufacturing issues.
