In response to requests from customers, Transition Automation developed a Permalex blade that includes a separate magnetic strip bonded to the rear side of the squeegee, enabling the Permalex squeegee to be quickly loaded and locked into the Magna-Print Holders.
This new version of Permalex Edge Metal Squeegees keeps with Transition Automation’s long tradition of helping end users maximize their print quality and production yield by easily retrofitting the company’s Permalex Edge metal squeegee into any SMT printer.
The product is assigned part number: PLX-OEM-MGP-1.25-XX, Whereby XX denotes the length desired. The width of this new part number is 1.25 inches, and can be adjusted by changing the 1.25 digits in the code.
