ACD, a leading supplier to the electronics industry, announces the appointment of Ron Bouchard to Human Resource Manager. Based out of ACD’s plant in Richardson, TX, Bouchard will lead the human resource department, effective Monday, June 25, 2012.
In this position, Ron will maintain employee files, records and documents in accordance with EEOC requirements. He will serve as the contact person for employee inquiries, including but not limited to benefits and company policies. Additionally, he will support the company in areas relating to human resources, including recruitment, screening and interviewing, new hire on-boarding, benefits administration, 401(k) administration, employee recordkeeping, and HRIS administration.
Ron has previously worked at ACD for 16 years in various management roles, including Account Manager, Benefits Manager and Customer Service Manager. An accomplished professional with years of verifiable success in diverse responsibilities, Ron is recognized as a top achiever who consistently surpasses targeted goals and expectations with a keen ability to identify opportunities. He has seen ACD grow from a $3 million dollar a year company to $30 million annually.
