The electronics industry is further progressing in terms of smaller, faster, smarter and more efficient electronic devices. This continuous evolving environment caused the development on various electrolytic copper processes for different applications over the past several decades. (...) This paper describes the reasons for development and a roadmap of dimensions for copper filled through holes, microvias and other copper plated structures on PCBs.
Copper-filled micro-vias are a key technology in high density interconnect (HDI) designs that have enabled increasing miniaturization and densification of printed circuit boards for the next generation of electronic products. Compared with standard plated through holes (PTHs) copper filled vias provide greater design ...
This paper describes a copper electroplating enabling technology for filling microvias. Driven by the need for faster, smaller and higher performance communication and electronic devices, build-up technology incorporating microvias has emerged as a viable multilayer printed circuit manufacturing technology. Increased wiring density, ...
Fuji Host Interface vs. FujiFlexa User Host Interface (Fuji NXT) -- Hi, wondering if anyone knows what is the difference between the Fuji Host Interface and the FujiFlexa User Host Interface. We are trying to purchase the Host Interface v6.28 in order to pull data from the NXT machine into our system but the Fuji reseller in China is telling us that the Host Interface does not exist and that what we need is the FujiFlexa User Host Interface (which I have never heard of and a google search finds nothing...). Any help is greatly appreciated - thanks.-Helena
What defect in SMT were cuased by dust contamination? -- Does anyone know what defect in SMT will be caused by dust contamination? What dust level in SMT environment is recommended? Recently an audit come to factory and ask we must control the amount of dust. Why SMT line need to control the dust level?
