There are long-established standards and test methods for ionic cleanliness levels for bare printed circuit boards and printed circuit packs. There is experimental data about component cleanliness, but no publically available standards known to the author. What about stencils, specifically stencils that are being used, cleaned and reused, as opposed to brand new stencils right out of the supplier's box?
