Phase Control Thyristor T253-1000 is general purpose disc thyristor, also known as Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR). This is a power thyristor designed for converting and control DC and AC currents up to 1000A with frequency up to 500Hz in circuits with voltages up to 1000V – 2800V (voltage class from 10 to 28). Thyristor dimensions ØDxØdxH – 75x51x26 mm (outer case diameter X contact surface diameter X case height), weight – 550 g. Thyristor ratings: T253-1000-10 (1000A 1000V), T253-1000-12 (1000A 1200V), T253-1000-14 (1000A 1400V), T253-1000-16 (1000A 1600V), T253-1000-18 (1000A 1800V), T253-1000-20 (1000A 2000V), T253-1000-22 (1000A 2200V), T253-1000-24 (1000A 2400V), T253-1000-26 (1000A 2600V), T253-1000-28 (1000A 2800V).
