How to operate the PCB magazine loader when changing products in the SMT line?

Press the Manual running, and choose the pitch between two PCB. Adjust the width of the Magazine to the new PCB width, making sure the PCB can insert into Magazine smoothly. Load a Magazine into the loader. Press Box input to let the Magazine flow to the lift platform, click clamping, then click lift down. The magazine will lift down to the position where the first board will be unloaded from the rail. Use the rocker to adjust the pusher to be on the center line of the PCB. Can easily push from rail to magazine by hand. Normally the magazine layer is lower than the rail around 1mm. Click the Push plate to check whether the machine can be able to store PCB from the rail into the magazine. Click Exit and then click Automatic running, the machine is getting ready and waiting for sending a board signal.
