Vision filter has three kinds of anti-static non-woven Polyester felts. One is lined lined type felt which is also the most common one; the other is mixed stainess fibers also called blending anti-static polyester felt, the 3rd one is grid anti-static polyester felts. 

Short description

1. Daily output: 3000 sqm per day

5. Components: 100% polyester fibers + anti-static polyester scrim; 

Line type Polyester scrim has 1.5cm, 2cm and 2.5cm gap;

Grid type polyester scrim has 1.5cm, 2cm and 2.5cm length of side;

6. Finishing: water&oil resistance, PTFE membrane, anti-static, fire resistance, double sides finishing would be available upon request

Polyester nonwoven needle felt & Polyester filter bag features:

 1. Vision Polyester felt is made of different kinds of Polyester fibers(staple Polyester fibers and ultrafine filament Polyester fibers with different dentex) which makes our Polyester felt has better air permeability while with bigger breaking strength;

2. Polyester needle punched felt is made of staggered and uniformly distributed fine fibers to filter air, with a porosity of 70%, which is twice of  Polyester woven filter cloth.

3. High dust filtration efficiency, low gas emission concentration

4. The surface of the polyester needle punched felt is hot-rolled and singed or coated with PTFE to make it smooth, not easy to be blocked, not deformed, easy to clean dust, and has a long service life.

5. Polyester filter felt is the most cheap filter material among all the filter materials.
