Automatic lead forming and trimming machine - HCCB Description:

The HCCB machine is designed to form and trim components from reel or tape, especially hall effect components, at a speed up to 900 pcs/hr

The machine is composed of a maximum of 6 stations :

- (x1) Input station: Components are loaded on a rotative plate with a gripper, a suction cup, a magnet, etc.

- (x4) Configurable stations: dedicated for bending (0-90° ; +/- 0.5°) and cutting (+/- 0.1 mm), and adapted to each product. Up to 3 bending stations and 1 trimming station for example.

- (x1) Output station: Components are unloaded on a chute, a belt conveyor, a shuttle conveyor, etc.

The stations are plug and play, to ease tooling exchange.

The machine is intended for desktop use or OEM thanks to its dimensions (640x600x625mm), and the fact that it only requires electricity. Contact us for custom applications.
