We are producing stencils by laser cutting, electroforming and photo chemical etching (double thickness stencil). This stencils are compatible with all main self tensioning frames, step up & down stencils (made in photochemical etching) or framed stencils.
All our SMT stencils are designed for optimum solder paste volume control for prototyping and high volume screen printing on printed circuit boards.
We are using LPKF laser machines. Also, the stencils are made of Datum Tension Alloy, equivalent if not better stencil cutting and print yield results than Fine Grain stainless steel (FG) at a significantly lower cost.
