GSM 2 dual beam Flex Jet 7 Description:

We have a used GSM 2 dual beam Flex Jet 7

We are currently using the beam 2 head. Only 6 spindles currently being used (spindle 5 is slightly bent we opted not to use it) beam 1 has a damaged touchdown sensor witch I believe all that information is fully disclosed in the service reports.

The boards we are building are LED boards and we place about 3200 parts an hour.

We are using the on head camera but there is a upward looking camera we don’t use.

We also build 24 inch boards with the long board option on this machine.

2 years ago we lost the hard drive forcing us to buy the OS2 Warp from Universal @ 4k .

We have the full disk version Warp OS2 with an off line PRG disk set as well.

We would like to see this move quickly so the machine is not sitting to long before use.

We have a lot of extras….

Feeder Cart as well as many feeders.

We have a extra Forcer board many nozzles and replacement tips for aftermarket nozzles.
