- automatic tape width adjustment from 8 to 20 mm.
- UPH minimum 14k and up to 21k.
- reel dimension up to 330mm (13”)
- bar code scanner for recipe selection
- detailed reporting including bad parts images
Inspection criteria:
- top view, through the tape seal inspection
- part present / absent and correct package, orientation and marking
- OCR, multiple lots per reel, quantity check
- chip surface defects: scratches, chips, epoxy stains
- lead count, width, pitch and length
- resolution down to 6μm
