The CF Feeder Finger Solution was designed in conjunction with Juki Automation Systems to work with the CF081ER mechanical feeder (blue handle) The Feeder Finger coupled with the CF081ER feeder speeds up feeder set-up time by 50% and eliminates the problematic process of spooling the cover tape. The patented features and benefits of the Feeder Finger design allows the operator to load tape strips as short as three inches or a full reel without a cover tape leader, removing the cover tape collection process eliminates cover tape jams during production and enhances machine utilization and throughput. The CF Feeder Finger works with both 2mm and 4mm pitch paper tape feeders.
