Conformal Coating System with XYZ U Axis Panasonic server motor and driver system. Step motor driven width adjustment Industrial PC, Windows operation system.
The SC-445/460 4 system adopts high precision servo driving system and high precison valve group which provide a clean, highly effecient coating process. High prescion valve ensures <0.01mm uniform coating thickness. The R axis with tilted valve ensure no dead angle for coating .The maximum coating size can reach 450mm*450mm with SC-445, 600*600mm with SC-460.

- PCB Inlet and oulet is equipped with wind shield , avoid glue spray outside the machine.
- Glue weighing function (Option)can automatically detect the glue volume ,avoid missing coating.

- High precision valve group can meet different coating demands.
- 4 Axis Selective Coating Machine adopt ball screw and dual linear guide rail , ensure smooth and low nosie movement.
- Panasonic servo motor and driving system make the position repeatibilty can reach 0.02mm, high speed response and movement.
- Optional CCD and it's mark positioning function which can automatically correct the coordinate.
