ASC-620 PCB separator improve the PCB’s quality maximumly. It’s use the link-pole to increase the strength, it’s been driven by a small cylinder, it’s need a little gas, but the shear force is very strong. The upper and lower blade is linear blade, it’s can adjust the gap of the upper and lower blade from 0.1mm to 4.3mm. it’s fit in all kinds of different thickness’s PCB, it’s produced by lead-free materials.
PCB depaneling machine description:
1.Pneumatically driven and electromagnetic valve control.
2.Shearing process without vibrations due to pneumatic drive unit .
3.Shearing PCBs with sensitive SMD, capacitors or thin board even to 0.3mm can be sheared safely.
4.Shearing operation is that operator stamps the foot pedal to shear PCB.
5.Highest components near the v groove of PCB can be up to 70mm.
6.The minimum distance is allowed to be 0.5mm between V groove and the electronic components.
7.Gap for insertion of PCB can be easy to adjust by the adjusting knob in front of PCB separator
8. suitable cutting material of PCB :aluminum ,FR4,glass fiber.
9. No vibration during the process to prevent damage to precise PCB
