ASCEN PCB separator is pneumatically driven type and straight knife type PCB cutting machine,Based on a proven method of separating, wedge-shaped knives are used to cut the panels within the groove. This enables boards of less than 1 mm thickness to be separated safely and without creating stress.
PCB depaneling machine description:
1. Separates boards up to 2.5mm thick Metal Board
2.. Shears boards safely with parts as close as 0.5mm to the score line,including ceramic capacitors
3. PCB cutting machine 620 model suitable cutting material of PCB :aluminum ,FR4,glass fiber.
4. Rigid design without vibration in operation.
5. The PCB with sensitive SMD capacitor or thin board even to 0.3mm can be worked safely.
