2. Machine details descriptions

2.1 The machine language with Chinese and English ,Computer system with English System and Chinese system optional ,computer operation system use Windows 7 or Windows XP.Industrial computer system with DFI main control board and GreatWall driver.

2.2,Hiwin Guide rail(slide way)from Taiwan combination with THK Grind treated screw ball rod from Japan ,driven by Panasonic Servo motor(Y axis 1500W ,X axis 1000W) , completed to make the smooth and precise robot system of the machine .

2.3,Electric feeding system with 8mm ,12mm,16mm,24mm,32mm Yamaha feeders stations ,cover all kinds o f components Sizes with wheels tapes . Electrics feeders feed the components inside the tape wheel with more table and more easy to loading the components into feeder .

2.4 Machine accuracy control system with 2 parts ,one is by position cameras during the programming time and can be adjusted mechanical options , the other type is visual pick up check ,visual cameras check is to make a good precision placement components on board(pcb) by a good pick up components first ,if not then visual cameras will adjust the components place angle or placement before place down ,if deviation beyond the visual cameras adjust scope,then it will drop /throw the components instead of placing it .

2.5,The Nozzles Heads structure make by Spline crash proof rod ,with strong stability and allow fresh/new operators sometimes make a mistake during production ,when crash occurs,only change the nozzle is ok ,the nozzle rod itself ,no problem .The nozzles can rotation 360 degree to placement components at any angles after picking it up .

Kita air pressure detective devices are equipped on the top of the nozzles system,one function is alarm/notice the operators when the machine skip components ,the other function is to notice operators to clear up the solder cream stuck at the nozzle head for a maintenance and also with function to set the accelerate press down air pressure.

2.6 Leadsmt smd machines manufactured with details , we arrange all the wires and connectors with order and keep well inside the machine .Leadsmt try best to show and mark everything clearly for its users more convenient to operate the machine and visible to notice every details of the machine.

2.7, the Smd machines LEAD-2208 With good conditions of heat discharge by temperature balance design,equipped with 3 fans and heat dissipation windows at both side of the machine,keep the temperature inside temperature same as outside.By doing so , keep the wires and device inside the machines with longer lifespan .
