Non-Stop Selective Soldering Delivers Results
Process up to seven printed circuit boards simultaneously using different alloys and nozzles or one fixed nozzle for all your products. The Synchro 5 system features Microdrop drop-jet fluxing and can accommodate up to five solder nozzles to apply lead-free and leaded alloys.

•  The standard Synchro 5 system offers non-stop selective soldering productivity for 460 mm x 2500 mm boards.
• The Synchro 5 XL system offers non-stop selective soldering productivity for 680 mm x 2500 mm boards.

How it works:

Inside the SELECT Synchro system, a board is pulled at a constant speed through the fluxing, pre-heating, and soldering process steps. The flux and solder applicators are programmed to follow and treat boards as they travel through the equipment to deliver synchronous-motion selective soldering. Multiple solder pots and different nozzle sizes are available to provide flexibility with solder quantities, solder alloys, and board designs.
