Integra® series Selective Soldering System Description:

The Integra® series is a robust selective soldering system delivering the optimum balance between flexibility, throughput and large board size. These selective soldering systems have many unique features, including concurrent fluxing, preheating and soldering for faster processing time and reduced soldering cycle. Models include:

• Integra® 508.3 - Three-zone operation with flux and preheat zones plus selective soldering station for concurrent fluxing, preheating, and soldering. Choice of single or dual drop-jet fluxers and solder pots for either simultaneous parallel or independent double processing modes. Parallel processing significantly increases machine throughput while double processing broadens soldering flexibility. Full titanium solder pots compatible with all solder alloys plus easy tool-free maintenance. 2segment configuration can solder two boards in-line with two segmented conveyors without boards being panelized or requiring tooling.

• Integra® 508.4 - Four-zone operation, with same features as the 508.3 above.
