Our precision parts can be achieved in two ways. One of two ways would be through CNC tooling. We can grind, turn, drill or mill according to your specifications providing you with your desired results. The second method is via our laser machines. Using our NdYag and UV laser systems, we can fabricate more delicate and intricate parts. We can produce specialty parts on varies materials such as metals, kapton, plastics, and ceramics. Our excellences are contributed to our equipment and the expertise of our staff that are here to solve your extrinsic engineering process. Products are small in distortion and high in precision. Precision Metal Component (PMC) products are designed to satisfy the micro-electronics requirements for navigation and the automobile industry. PMC can be designed to our customer's specific requirements. Precision components are becoming our primary focus as precision is expected and necessary for all technology. We have taken our technology one step farther and challenged our expertise to bring you precision parts with 0.8 mil accuracy on all production. Laser processing with UV and Infrared lasers is our specialty. We produce precise, flat, and unstressed components specified to your needs.
