Accu-sembly, Inc. is a subcontract electronic assembly house providing assembly services to many different manufacturers. In the past 25 years, we have worked with hundreds of customers from one man operations to industry-leading corporations.
We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified custom manufacturer of electronic assemblies including Surface Mount (SMT), Prototype, and Thru-hole assemblies. SMT assembly meets IPC-A-610D class 2 & class 3 standards. All assemblies are performed in the USA, and are Lead free capable. We even provide Full or partial Turnkey services to make your assembly process even easier!

Accu-sembly has the tools and expertise to get your assemblies done faster and more accurately than ever before. We currently have six Assembleon pick and place machines, giving us the ability to handle both large and small runs, as well as high mix production runs. Our growing business has even allowed us to add new assembly lines for 2010!

Through strategic relationships with our vendors, we can provide electronic components and printed circuit boards on time and at competitive prices. Not only that, but we are able to keep a stock for you so that your parts are on-hand right on the production floor; and ready to use when you need your assemblies to be completed quickly. Our ESD protected environment and inspection upon arrival also ensures that the items you purchase will be safe from harm.
Accu-sembly's prototype department is specially equipped for your individual small run assemblies. Whether you require just one prototype or more, we are able to handle any kind of job and cater it to your needs. Our facilities utilize a wide variety of manual, semi-automated, and automated tools and equipment that ensure quick and accurate assembly of your prototypes.
Rest assured in the quality of your production runs with Accu-sembly's IPC-610D certified hand solderers and inspectors, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protected assembly floor. Our Thru-hole assembly process allows for your parts to be hand prepped, loaded and inspected on an assembly line after which they are either wave-soldered or hand soldered. We then offer washing services to remove flux residue, and can also account for unwashable parts (no-clean flux chemistry can be used in special instances). All boards then go through final inspection, ensuring the highest quality before delivery to you.
