Lite Fast SR-1000 Description:

Lite Fast SR-1000, a UV Solder Mask, was designed to screen print over conductive traces, landing pads, resistors, fuses and capacitors on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and ceramic substrates. Other applications include metal and various plastics. The UV Solder Mask is manufactured in a variety of colors; green, yellow, blue and red. This unique moisture resistant UV Solder Mask demonstrates excellent physical, thermal and electrical insulation properties. Lite Fast SR-1000 Solder Mask exhibits high tensile and compression strength. A broad operating temperature range from -65 to 1500 C guarantees over 2,000 hours of service life. Electronic components coated with this UV mask have been tested at 850 C, 95% RH for 1,000 hours with little change in electrical properties. The UV Solder Mask will withstand high temperatures concomitant with high humidity without seriously degrading the electrical properties. Once the Solder Mask has been screen printed over components, it is exposed to UV light. Cure is reached within seconds using a 200 to 300-watt per inch UV lamp. Optimum lamp wavelength is from 300 to 400nm. Lower material costs, rapid UV cure times and higher product yields will result in reduced manufacturing costs.
