Lite Fast A-1175 Description:

Lite Fast A-1175 is a black, medical grade adhesive that cures within seconds after application of Ultraviolet light. Lite Fast A-1175 meets USP Class VI testing with extraction at 37�aC for 72 hours. Independent laboratories that are AALAC accredited and are registered with the FDA, EPA and USDA tested the UV adhesive. Lite Fast A-1175 has excellent adhesion to polyester, polycarbonate, polyurethane and many other plastics. The UV adhesive is flexible and passes a minimum of 100 cycles of Sporox, Steris and peracetic acid testing. Application of this UV adhesive system is performed by hand or automatic dispensing. Due to the low gloss of the adhesive, Lite Fast A-1115-M is used to enhance the black, leaving a glossy surface. Lite Fast A-1175 is a one-component system that cures within 30-60 seconds of exposure to a high intensity UV spot cure system. The lamp has a peak wavelength intensity at 365nm. Fast cure speeds, high product quality and low material costs will result in reduced manufacturing costs.
